Just sit on it for a day or two...you come around...
This was not my first time down at #lookoutpoint and I had always had a tough time realizing an image as I imagined it in my mind. The stars aligned and it finally came together the night before last and I was rewarded for my efforts. Funny thing though - when I got home and downloaded my SD cards that night, none of the images pleased me. I've grown into the habit of sitting on images for a couple days before I look at them thoroughly. Sometimes I'm pleased...sometimes none make the grade. I am perpetually critical of my work, especially landscapes. An exercise in patience, I presume.
Singh Ray has long been my go-to choice when making images, especially landscapes. Their LB Warming Polarizer in the 77mm filter size has worked like a champ on not only my Nikon lenses (when I still shot with Nikon), but excellently with my Fuji X System. Having that extra bit of real estate with the use of a step-down ring leaves no chance of lens vignetting. Singh Ray is a company that engages their customers and stands behind their products 100%. Sure, you might pay a bit more for their gear, but I am of the mind that if your going to spend hard earned money on what's in your toolbox, you might as well get the best product you can.
